Ayao Komatsu reveals Haas not yet operating at the limit of the budget cap

The FIA introduced the Formula 1 budget cap back in 2021 at $145 million, which was then reduced by $5 million one year later and then down to $135 million from 2023. The aim was to try and close the development gap between big teams, who would previously spend over half a billion dollars per season
